We are currently seeking a manufacturing/process engineer to layout jobs,
develop process sheets, design tooling, create CNC programs for turning
and laser cutting, and performing
general engineering duties.
Qualified candidates must be capable of
using CAD (AutoCAD) and have knowledge of CAM. This position requires
knowledge of manufacturing and/or sheet metal fabrication.
To program and operate a multi- axis laser. Must be knowledgeable of G & M codes and understand CAD/CAM.
General sheet metal personnel to setup & operate forming equipment. We are willing to train experienced sheet metal mechanics.
To Tig weld high temperature alloys to aerospace specifications. Materials include Nickel based alloys, Aluminum and steel. Must be able to be certified to Mil specifications.
A multi-talented machinist for turning. Experience running engine lathes and VTLs. Must be willing to be cross trained to perform different functions, including running forming equipment and or laser.
